Work with me
Every engagement begins the same way: an honest assessment of where the player actually stands. The right path forward follows from that, not from a package chosen off a menu.
I work with a maximum of 8 to 10 players at any time. Availability is limited and reviewed at the start of each season.
III
Monthly retainer – limited availability
The most intensive engagement I offer. For players with serious high-performance ambitions: top national juniors, active ITF competitors, or players navigating the college recruitment or professional transition process. A direct conversation with the player is required before any commitment is made.
Two spots available. Pricing is discussed on the intake call.
II
Monthly retainer – pricing discussed on the intake call
An ongoing monthly partnership for players competing at sectional, national, or early ITF level. I function as the development director around your existing coaching team: building a coherent system, coordinating the moving parts, and staying honest about what is and is not working. This is what most families are looking for.
Most clients begin with a development audit before moving into this engagement.
I
One-time engagement
A one-time deep diagnostic. An honest, outside perspective on where the player actually stands before any larger decisions are made. This is where almost every working relationship begins, and it carries no obligation to continue beyond it.
Yes, always. I work alongside the existing team, not instead of them. My role is to connect the parts that are not talking to each other and build a plan that makes the coaching more effective, not to replace it.
Fully. Most of my work with families outside the Tucson and Phoenix area is done remotely. Video calls, written reports, and asynchronous analysis work well across all three engagement types.
There is no minimum commitment beyond the initial audit. That said, meaningful development work takes time. Most families who move into a retainer stay for one to two full seasons. Engagements run month to month after the first 90 days.
Because I will not offer a retainer without understanding the player first. The audit gives us both the information we need to decide whether a longer engagement makes sense and on what terms. It protects your investment and mine.
Primarily 12 to 18 year olds competing at a serious level, nationally or internationally. Occasionally younger players where the developmental stage and family context warrant it.
One honest assessment before any longer commitment. That is what it is designed for, and it is the beginning of almost every relationship that follows.
